The Second Amendment and the Second Amendment - What's the Difference?

Your gun rights are almost entirely defined by state statute. Right now, it is a right to have a home in a gun in your home for self defence. Thats that's your second amendment, personal right right now. And the supreme courts going to decide whether it expands that with a right to bear arms outside the house - which i think they will. But it's not going to be, anything goes. You could not have a licensing regime for speech, for instance,. But we do have permitting, yes, for some speech. It something's going to have to happen to make those more similar because they're too weirdly, totally different.
