Is There a Level Playing Field for Students?

I would love to do something where we didn't really track how the students progressed after the classes moved in person. And can you share any thoughts on the research direction you're headed in? What are some of the other questions you're currently asking? So this project is somewhat artienal to what i work on. But i would love to find like, some ways for creating like a level playing field for students. Right now it's like the virtual classes are kind of dominated by students who are more interactive. Usually in every class, in every meeting, i would say there's a certain percentage of people who love to interact and that actually creates like a interaction gap for students.
