India's Geopolitical Sweet Spot in the Spotlight
India will sign up to it but rough and China basically won't sign the joint communicator. That's what happened at the G20 foreign ministers meeting some weeks ago where 18 countries agreed on everything but two that is Russia and China did agree on the Ukraine formulation. So if we can manage this without our dust stop between the world leaders that itself would be reasonable outcome. But I think historically if looking back the moment in 1947 when India could have worked with the West did not happen for a variety of reasons.
