How Do You Stay Consistent?
I think we talk so much about finding what works for you and everything. How did you stay consistent? Because I feel like this is everybody's biggest problem. Myself included. This is why I have like a trainer and I like for Pilates because I have to go there. It's in my calendar. I'm accountable to those people. You know, I'm paying for it. So that's what gets me to go consistently. And I hear from people so often like they can commit to it for a month. And then they just kind of fall off. That was never how I started.
