What Are Expert Eyes?

You may be surprised about what you do learn, especially when problem solving or in something like a process improvement. It can be really hard for leaders in particular, to have that posture,. ecause once you're the leader, you're like, oh, we aren't i supposed to have the answers? Aren't i suppose to already know? No, right in this moment in particular, none of us have all the answers. And so having the practices and the skills to continue to learn and learn along with people and not be somehow embarrassed by that is the right posture for leaders at the moment.
