Tithing is really an old testament principle, like so giving a tenth. Stewardship begins with seeing everything that i have belongs to god and he allows me to spend some of his money. People expect us to give there, and they give there too but who is the church? The church is the people. A lot of times we don't realize that, you know, a church is a non-profit organization. They exist. Everything that you receive from that church has been given to it by generous people. It's not ioi, it's not inot it's not the end of the world if that happens.
