What's the Difference Between a Pilot and a TV Show?
A lot of streamers have been serialized whereas networks have been more procedural. A feature is a cold open three acts and a tag or somewhere in those five acts. It's not serialized. You don't have to watch them in order to understand what the heck's going on. The other version where it's procedural or something that you can just come in and out of and you don't need to follow an order is a very different engine for a TV show.
