The SEC's Role in the Blockchain Industry
The SEC is moving from a kind of a harassment regime to just outright ban decapitation of the industry if the SEC gets their way here. We don't need Gary Gensler deciding how blockchains ought to work in the United States. And so, you know, really that's the solution is for Congress to start acting and just pass these laws. The courts have been very active here in pushing back against this administrative state.
