Four Ways to Help a Loved One Grieving

Don't be afraid to talk about the person who is past or if they've just separated. Try to avoid clechets or giving advice, and just listen with both ears. Do something special together that you know the other person loves. What is their love language? And do something special with that person. Or an act of service. Just allow yourself to be with what comes up and process it in your own time. When should we seek more help for our grief? If you are experiencing persistent feelings of sadness and despair, or youre unable to experience any level of happiness, you may be suffering from depression. Some people mourn for six months, and some several years.
