McKinsey says that by 2030, stuff that we do that accounts for about 30% of the time that Americans spend working could be automated by AI. In 2022, they thought that just 36% of US workers were in resilient and growing occupations. The factors driving these jobs they see as healthcare demand increasing as the population ages,. Push towards digitization and technology, and finally the demand for last mile delivery.
