What Colour Is It Now?
In the photograph, to some people, it looked as though it was white and gold. A lot of it happens first in the eye, and at the stage s between the eye and the brain where we do adaptation. And so even if the light is suddenly very blue, in our minds, we know the strawbery's going to be red. And then we expect id to be and that's what we see. It literally is about a 50 50 split, looking at the same image in the same viewing conditions, on the same screen, smart phone. I find this deeply upsetsing.
