"I find it fascinating trying to work out that boundary of at what point I try to," he says. "The nine months was less than it's left but it has made me more conscious of how I mean obviously because I'm not scrolling online a lot of the time." He went through a period of specifically finding people's emails or numbers and messaging them, saying instead of just retweeting something you're supported.
