This week we're replaying an episode from last year called The Perfect Crime. 132 pedestrians were killed in traffic crashes in New York City, the fewest in the century. Mayor Bill de Blasio's embrace of a traffic safety plan called Vision Zero and Import from Sweden is meant to eliminate pedestrian deaths entirely within 10 years.
