D discernment invites us into this question of, how do i feel about this? Let me check in. How do i actually feel? What is the reaction i'm having? Cause sometimes you become aware of a judgment, and then you can discern around that judgment. And again, how do we do this relationally? We catch ourselves all the time. Like one person is yapping away, and charlott will look at me until, do you hear how judgmental you're being?
