How to Run an AI Lab in a Larger Organization

Tui has its own AI lab. It was set up by our group CIO who did a great job of getting a lot of our talented minds together to form this lab. So really helps teams like mine to be able to understand what's out there and to make the right technology decisions. And I can't say too much about it because it hasn't been launched yet, but it is really cool. Joel: How does it actually go from just an idea, maybe two people having coffee within the company that said, hey, maybe we should try this? Do they have to put together business cases? How does all that process work?
