The Inner Simulator

The inner simulator is a visceral visual part of the mind. It's something where I can try to picture what the world might look like and kind of judge is this plausible? What do I think would actually happen? So, for example, let's say I have a job interview with Google next week. If I engage my inner simulator and I try to imagine the interview happens and then I imagine the interview goes wrong, it seems much more plausible to me that the interview went wrong because I got stressed  and I screwed something up. And so you can apply this in the context of planning. By trying to imagine a world where the plan has gone wrong, like I get to the end
