The Relationship Between Luxury Residential Markets and the Mainstream Market in the US

There is definitely a disconnect there. You know, again with the exception of billionaires row in New York which has been slower. And like I said, there are a lot of people who are just have not been impacted one way or another. So generally we are seeing a disconnect between what I'll call the mainstream housing market and the uber luxury market.
