The Benefits of Wet Lube
Wet lube is great at masking the issue, but it doesn't necessarily mean that it's better in that scenario. There are tests you can do where you literally can take out a chain in a couple hundred kilometers with the wrong lube and dust combination. The savings over those first hours until wax breaks down in hard conditions are significant.
