The idea here is we everyone learns by doing. But the way to sort of hack that do it better is to reflect on what happened and move forward with intention. So if you have ADHD, you're never going to not be a little bit distractable. If they happen less often, less intensely for shorter periods of time then that's moving in the right direction.
