Are Coaches Accountable to Change?

It seems to me that you could be a little bit or static and have that legacy. And now it feels like there's only so much this celebrity coaching status can kind of, ah, get you at this point in time. I'm just thinking off the top of i i think you're on base. But job preservation is all about, i got to try this ship, because if it doesn't work, i'm fired. So i'm going to try it, and imold ething back. That's hel coachis accountable to change and to be different. Even a hard, hard coach, by old school definitions, has has to change if they want to preserve their job.
