Pay Transparency
i think that a lack of transparency only really benefits companies. And not so much employee. What i like about it in particular is that you don't have to be reliant on negotiating in order to get compensated fairly. It kind of reminds me of, like, the whole debate between, like, do we pay base on location, or pay base on labor? That's done. I agree that i'd be very interested to hear from others who would argue against pay transparency"
