I think we're only probably at the beginning of some of the turmoil in the multifamily world. It's not a blind fund where you just invest in deals as they come up and your investors don't have a say in where their money goes. So, this year, I actually did a round for tech vester with their Airbnb fund. And that's a blind pool. They're going out and they're buying 100 single-family houses and converting them into Airbnb's.
