I tend to focus quite a bit on forming that partnership, building trust, setting expectations and making sure everyone's on the same page. It's obviously different when you're at an investment bank doing, you know, 100 million plus dollar deals. And certainly egos can be in a bit of a kind ofdifferent orbit there as well. This is the most complicated business that I've run in e-commerce in terms of a number of SKUs,. The way that the SKUs are assembled and all this stuff. We had along the way that relationship changed. Our cogs were changing and we're trying to like do an ad back for all that backwards.
