Play is a so pankep established very, very clearly that there is a primary play circuit in mammals. And part of that appears to be because it's so key to proper socialization thatit is regarded by children and by social mammals as intrinsically valuable. It makes perfect sense that that can be used as a source of primary reward. The the additional framework that you're placing on this is really deepenening my own understanding of it as well.
