Nutrinos Break This Rule

We have this rule that you can't just change the number of electrons in the universe. We know nutrinos break this rule, but we suspect it might e breakable. You can have a muon nutrino which then changes its flavor to an electron nutrino as it flies through space. It seems to break this rule that the number of antioxidants n the number muons can't change. Maybe that's right. The answer could be yes.
