The Importance of Sleep

We're pretty good at messing up a body clock with light through phones and computers. We can mess up our body clock by waking up too early alarm clock use elite athletes swimmers rowers triathletes getting up really early when you should be sleeping still. Getting some light at night when we when we shouldn't have it is the best way to adjust to jet lag. If you sleep less or you sleep more it can affect your performance. It's really when you get fewer hours of sleep where you see the good stuff happen, there's evidence that if you sleep less you perform better than those who've slept more.
