How to Measure Your Platform Performance

I like that you cover not only strategies and patterns and guide the reader based on where they are in this cognitive journey, but also there's a lot of examples in the book. So at each stage, you can try things out by yourself and see how you can consume these capabilities. And especially I like that it's not just that about the keep serving or providing capabilities, but also making sure that we are providing the right capabilities. It has been pretty hard to keep them updated again because everything moves forward so fast. You need those checkpoints and continuous feedback so you can continuously improve and refime and tune with the platform.
