The Death of Ivani Leach

Tolstoy wrote a rather long, we call it a novella instead of a short story. Yvonne Leach is already dead. The first scene is his colleagues reading of his death in the newspaper. And then everything that happens afterwards is a telling from Yvonne's perspective of the illness that led to his death. So you begin with the perspective from the outside, and then you turn to this perspective from the inside.
