How to Be a Better Leader

A lot of our mutual friends are often improving in what would appear to be random areas, but they do help your leadership. For a leader, you've got to be focused on your team. The more spiritually you become and connected to God, you become more humble and more selfless. That makes you a better leader. If you're a great leader, you don't see the greatness in you. You see the greatness from Jesus.
