There's proof in sports that when you put people into a leadership career path, it doesn't take them long to be able to be really effective. But why aren't we creating a path just to develop people to inspire coach and lead? That's one of my ideas I've been thinking about. We have career tracks for supply chain operations finance, but there's no career track where you're just saying, I am a leader of people.
