Protein percent of calories is the single most important thing that anyone could pay attention to if they're trying to eat less automatically still feel full and lose weight. This isn't really debatable this is basically, you know there's nothing else you could point to that's more powerful for people automatically. The diagram was honestly kind of confusing and busy and nobody got it and it might have been a total fail.
