How to Rent a Duplex
When you first moved out of your duplex, it was running for 875 a month. You used that to build the next house and then did a refinance to pay off the line of credit with some permanent 30 year financing at 3.6 percent. So even there, you by building it yourself, by adding some values, some equity into the property, you're renting it above the 1% rule,. And now a few years later, it rents for $2,200 to $2,400.
