Is There a Community for Learning?

i'm wondering how much of what we've already discussed, i do actually have the nohow, and just maybe haven't yet applied it to your own personal life. It's much, much easier to solve other people's problems. So a ye, absolutely. The challenge of of setting aside or giving up things which take up time an energy is probably the first first part of this are habits that i have. And for some one like myself who as diagnosed later in life, i've probably got a bunch of coping mechanisms which are taking up a lot of time and energy. If i can replace them with better coping mechanisms, could give me more space for the things i want to be focused
