Is Twitter a Digital Public Square?

Alex Castellanos says the argument that Twitter is a private company "is an argument built on a house of cards" He said it would be surprising if there wasn't government pressure to make sure they were public square.Castellanos: I think you can make that argument with pretty much every major company in this country at this point.
