There is evidence that reducing caloric intake, caloric restriction does increase the longevity and healing autophagy. The three to six meals of mostly processed lean meat are seed oils and avocado,. But the less I looked and avocado is a fruit so I don't know how it got to be a fat. That's another one that's conundrum to me.
