Antibiotic Desensitizations for Cystic Fibrosis
This is an excellent case and it highlights the point of when you have these challenging cases test and verify that in fact there is there is hypersensitivity. The patient did well after prick and intradermal testing and then we followed that with a graded IV challenge of tool taz. And fortunately, he successfully tolerated all these tests and was able to complete full course of therapy. That was a couple weeks long for for tool taz for his infection.
