sleep is always going to be important, but when i looked at advance fatloss, i thought about, you know, even the circitium rhythm of your sleep patterns becomes a little more important. We look at that loss for for glukos regulation and also for behaviour changes. So if i'm really trying to dial down, i really try to keep that that go to bed, wake up time and the morning routine all very, very, very similar so, but again, get your sleep. It is so edably important.
