Will the State Prosecution of Abortion Take Effect?
There is a six-year statute of limitations on abortion laws in Illinois. The state won't enforce the law even if it's technically legal, but not enforced. Some doctors may stand up and say "no omen to do this no matter what" But i don't know that there the hospitals or health care plans they're allied with will be ok with that. And they might just get dropped.
