Is It a Supply Chain War?

One view would be that the zlenski saved the capital and beat back the russians with their clever attacks. The other view is that the the naval battle has been won by ukraine. I think i would agree with this one military expert, or lots of em actually who say that it's really just a supply chain war. It doesn't look anybody can wipe out anybody except squeeze their supply chans. And if you could understand who's going to win that, well you know how it will go.
