If somebody was coming from pretty much sedentary like they just haven't worked out ever, they want to start to incorporate physical fitness. Is there a place you would have them begin if they're intimidated by all of this stuff? I would tell them just to do a simple strength program and start by doing a two to three days a week of simple strength stuff.
