The Othcibbe Appeal
Harry Litman: The timing of the DOJ appeal is very interesting. He says it's possible they're trying to set a higher bar for those who were on the ground January 6th and want more time out of their sentences. We don't really know yet, but watch this space as we get more from them, he says. Litman: If an indictment comes down, we might see that appeal go into, go be filed. But again, we're just reading the tea leaves like we say.
