The Importance of Meaning in Life
I disagree with the idea that there has to be the eternal for the finite and limited to have meaning but I'm also coming to understand that at least a lot of Christians mean by eternal life and eternity something that is compatible with my views. If there's always another day to make your choices on earth then life becomes meaningless, if worldly life earthly life were infinite if eternal life means something a bit like that. We are all part of something much bigger than ourselves that will continue after our deaths and that was here long before us. It just seems like there is something much much bigger than my life and it will continue beyond my death and then it's an interesting question whether it needs to exist
