The OCC's Overturning of the Fair Access Rule
Brian Brooks tried to enshrine the notion that banks could not deny companies' service on the base of the industry they were in. That was, I believe, the first thing that the new OCC did when they came in under the Biden administration is overturning or kind of contributing that rule. The other important thing he did was try and open up the federal charter regime. Both of those things were rolled back under the subsequent administration.
