The War That Made the Roman Empire, Antony, Cleopatra and Octavian at Actium

Professor strauss is an expert in ancient naval warfare. He says there's nobody who's seen anything like what the battle of actium looked like. The number of things involved, without any of our modern tools, just reminds me that these societies were more sophisticated and capable than we commonly think they were. And i've talked about how i would love to have a hot air balloon hovering over one of these ancient land battles to see what it looked like.
