Psalm 37 - Mishpot or Justice?

Psalm 37 is one of the laws of fair returns, which i think seems to make a little sense. What it seems to be arguing for is that if you walk god's path in his strength, then there's gon be a certain kind of return. Bill would you read verses 27 through 28 for us? Sure, depart from evil and do good. So you shall abide forever. For the lord loves mishpot or justice. He will not forsake his faithful ones. And mart whould you read verses 30 31 for us? yea, the mouths of the righteous utter wisdom, and their tongues speak mishpat or justice. The law of their god is in their hearts. Steps
