The Paranoia Level in the US

Crystal: It seems like the US is lagging in terms of paranoia, but maybe just because I work in healthcare and also I have like a dad who's always on the Chinese blogosphere,. Like the paranoia levels are pretty high. There are some people who are paranoid and carry a hand sanitizer everywhere; that's not necessarily a bad idea if you can't stop yourself from touching your face at these things. What are you guys doing? Like differently in your daily life because of this? And what's your current level of fear?
