Consensus Protocols and Proof of Stake

We have a whole episode previously with Robert Hebermeyer on consensus algorithms and consensus systems in general. But maybe it'll be good to recap a little bit about what is consensus, what are we looking for, and then we can dig into a little bit more on like the proof of stake side. There are a lot of consensus protocol specific terms that can be confusing. It's usually good to just walk through them.
