Is There a TUC Day of Action?
There's going to be a mixture of national and regional action. National strikes will coincide with the TUC Day of Action on 1st February. Regional strikes over three days in three different regions, North, Midlands and South. The final two days of the current plan of action are on national strikes both in England and Wales - Budget Day and 16th March. But does that mean schools in those places will be closed on those days or do we just not know? Not necessarily. Schools should strive to stay open under all circumstances.
