Using Anger in Relationships

When you're in a moment of conflict, anger can flare up all these different emotions. Anger activates reward systems in your brain which is the mean and nor epinephrine. Research shows that expressed anger is much more negatively impactful than expressed sadness or shame or fear typically in relationships.
