A year ago on October the 10th, my podcast Jack.org was launched. It went very viral and we have 14,000 hits on the free site in one night. I wanted to create a platform that gave people instant information from trusted sources. This is not a replacement therapy, it's just getting the right information when you do go to therapy session. The first three sessions is just information giving. Because what happens with the brain, you can only take seven bits of information in a time. You read some text, which is probably the poorest way to take in information because video content is more empathetic. And then what does that do? It alludes more questions. So
